Michael MinosoraMichael Minosora - Managing Director

Atlantic announced the appointment of Michael Minosora as Managing Director in September 2009.

Mr Minosora has more than 20 years experience in providing corporate advice to some of Australia’s largest companies. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Fortescue Metals Group, Managing Director of Azure Capital, and Chairman of the Ernst & Young Global Business Advisory Services service line and member of the Ernst & Young Global Audit Executive Committee. Mr Minosora has extensive experience in advising on significant corporate transactions both in Australia and overseas and in particular in the resources sector.

Prior to that, he had senior roles with Ernst & Young in Australia and the Oceania region.

 

Ian McMasterIan McMaster - Chairman

Mr McMaster is a former Chief Executive Officer of CSR Sugar, a position he held for seven years. Prior to this, he spent more than 30 years with BHP in a range of senior executive roles in the steel and minerals businesses in New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia and China. Mr McMaster is currently Chairman of the Global Sugar Alliance and a Director of Intrepid Mines.

 

 

Alan MulgrewAlan Mulgrew - Non-Executive Director

Mr Mulgrew provides strategic advice to numerous major institutions in the aviation, construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. Prior to this role, he spent more than 35 years as a senior aviation executive both within Australia and overseas, including managing responsibility for Perth and Sydney Airports. Mr Mulgrew has held a number of high profile directorships, including Chairman, with both private and public companies. He is currently a Non-executive Director of Doric Group Holdings Pty Ltd, Adelaide Airport Limited and Tesla Corporation Pty Ltd.

 

Jay WacherJay Wacher - Non-Executive Director

Mr Wacher is currently a Commissioner of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek Group) an Indonesian-based television and telecommunications services business, having been the Finance Director from 2009 until 2011.  Prior to that, Mr Wacher was Finance Director of Finance of world class plantation company, PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, which was acquired by an international investment consortium in 2004 in a debt restructuring.  Mr Wacher has 17 years experience in corporate finance and private equity investment and has 12 years experience in business in South East Asia.  Mr Wacher was previously a Director of Carnegie, Wylie & Company, the Australian investment bank and private equity firm, and before that a Director of Arthur Anderson Corporate Finance.

 

Tony VeitchTony Veitch - Executive Director

Mr Veitch was appointed an Executive Director of Atlantic on 1 April 2010 and was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Atlantic on 4 July 2007. Mr Veitch previously worked as a consultant to a number of companies in the resources sector from 2005 to 2007 before becoming an Executive Director of Citadel Capital Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm he established in October 2007, a position he held until joining Atlantic full-time in April 2010. Prior to that, Mr Veitch was the Manager of Corporate Projects for the London Stock Exchange plc. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Business Administration.

 

Tony VeitchPhiong Phillipus Darma - Non-Executive Director

Mr Phillipus is a senior executive of the Salim Group of Companies.  Mr Phillipus has extensive experience in the resources sector.  He was involved in the acquisition of PT Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ore, an iron ore mining company located in South Kalimantan and is currently appointed as a Commissioner of the company.  He is also a member of the Steering Committee of PT Ithaca Resources, an emerging coal company in East Kalimantan.  In addition to his current roles, Mr Phillipus has previously held senior positions with PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, the largest cement company in Indonesia.
