Ross Glossop - Chief Financial Officer

Mr Glossop has 30 years experience in the resources industry, covering oil and gas, gold mining and iron ore.  He has held senior roles in Barrick Gold Corporation, OceanaGold Corporation, Apex Minerals NL and Paladin Energy Ltd.  Mr Glossop has previous experience in Chief Financial Officer roles in both Australian and Toronto Stock Exchange listed entities as well as extensive exposure in developing countries.  He has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Accounting degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.

John Gardener – General Manager, Sales and Marketing

Prior to joining Atlantic, John held the position of Business Development Manager at Sinosteel Australia.  Prior to this, he held various positions in Rio Tinto including Sales and Marketing Manager for the Robe Iron Ore JV in Perth and Marketing Manager/Director for Rio Tinto Aluminium in London.  John holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Durham and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Alan Bradshaw - Group Human Resources Manager

Mr Bradshaw has worked in the mining and energy sectors over the past 25 years in the fields of human resources, industrial relations and business improvement.  He has worked with a number of companies including Wesfarmers Energy, Woodside Petroleum, Western Mining Corporation and Robe River Mining Co Pty Ltd.  Mr Bradshaw's most recent position was General Manager People with the Monadelphous Engineering Group, where he was responsible for HR strategy and people development.

Joseph Resudek - General Manager, Business Development

Prior to joining Atlantic, Joseph spent five years with Modern Holdings Private Equity in New York as the Vice President of Business Development, undertaking Board-level and CEO roles with several portfolio companies.  Joseph holds a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada.

Glen Zurcher - Investor Relations Manager

Mr Zurcher holds extensive international experience in investor relations in the materials and resources sectors having worked for leading listed companies in Australia and overseas. He held investor relations roles with Fortescue Metals Group and heavy building materials giant Holcim where he spent eight years based in Zurich, Switzerland. Prior to roles in investor relations, he held a managerial role in corporate business development at Holcim for over four years where he worked on growth projects in emerging markets as well as with KPMG. He holds an honours degree in finance, has completed post graduate studies in corporate governance, is a chartered Company Secretary and a graduate of the Company Directors Course at the AICD.

Scott Mathewson - General Manager Operations, Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd

Mr Mathewson has 20 years experience in the mining and base metals industries covering process engineering and senior operational roles.  He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a MBA majoring in corporate finance and OH&S.  He has worked with a number of major companies including Rio Tinto, Alcoa of Australia and Rugby Cement Ltd.  Mr Mathewson was most recently the site operations manager for Rio Tinto’s salt operations at Port Hedland where he was responsible for end to end processing, mining, logistics and shipping operations.

Jan Kapp - Process Manager, Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd

Mr Kapp has extensive experience in the resources industry with over ten years experience directly in the vanadium industry, working with Xstrata Alloys Vantech and Rhovan operations in South Africa.  He fulfilled senior operational roles in South Africa in vanadium, chrome and platinum process facilities.  He has extensive knowledge on the magnetite extraction and roasting operations.  He has a clear understanding of operational aspects and the key parameters that make a vanadium plant optimal and profitable.

Colin Arthur MSC, CGeol, FGS, MAusIMM - Chief Geologist, Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd

Mr Arthur has over 20 years experience as a Geology Manager with exposure to a variety of commodities in Australia and South Africa.  Principally a mine geologist, Colin has been part of the successful development and reaching of name plate production capacity at projects throughout Western Australia in commodities ranging from gold, nickel, tantalum and vanadium.  He was the Chief Geologist for the Windimurra vanadium project during the previous development phase and rejoins the management team to ensure the project achieves its goals and continues to extend the project to world class status.  Colin is a Chartered Geologist, member of the AusIMM, Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and a competent person under the JORC guidelines to publicly report on mineral resources for Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd and Atlantic Ltd.

Thanh Nguyen - Managing Director Vietnam Operations

Mr Nguyen has participated in many of Vietnam’s landmark foreign investment projects. Mr Nguyen was previously the Country Managing Partner for Ernst & Young in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Mr Nguyen is the Chairman of the Australian Clinics (Vietnam) and the Managing Director of Atlantic’s wholly owned subsidiary operating in Vietnam.
