Company Overview

Atlantic’s foundation project is the Bao Loc bauxite project. This project has been complemented by its aluminium supply chain project in Vietnam. Atlantic signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work with Vietnamese state-owned entity, the Vietnam Natural Resources and Environment Corporation (T-MV), to develop an integrated 25 mtpa bauxite mine, rail, processing facility and port project in December 2009. This project will be a significant contributor to the Central Highlands region of Vietnam as well as the overall Vietnamese economy and will directly benefit the people of Vietnam by providing jobs, skills training and new business opportunities.

The Bao Loc bauxite project, the Vietnam aluminium supply chain project and the Windimurra vanadium project typifies Atlantic's approach to acquisitions and project development. Atlantic will continue to build upon this foundation to examine further opportunities to develop a portfolio of world class resources projects.
